The iOS app supports the following file formats

  • Images (jpeg, .png, .bmp)

  • Documents (.pdf, .doc, docx)

  • Video (.mov, .mp4, .m4v, .m4a)

  • Audio (.mp3)

  • Presentations (.ppt, .pptx)

  • Spreadsheets (.xls, .xlsx)

  • iWork (.key, .numbers, .pages)

All file types can be shared via the iOS app or opened in a native iOS application, however the ability to share a PDF can be restricted by the administrator on a per item basis if required.

The Web App supports the following file formats

  • Images (jpeg, .png, .bmp)

  • Documents (.pdf, .doc, .docx)

  • Video (.mov, .mp4, .m4v, .m4a)

  • Audio (.mp3)

Other files will be downloaded to the users device.

Files that are required to be downloaded in the Web App for viewing

  • Spreadsheets (.xls, xlsx)

  • iWork content

  • Audio (.mp3)

  • Presentations (.ppt, .pptx)

Other files types that do not require downloading in the Web App are: Video files, .pdf files, and image files such as jpeg, .png, and .bmp.
